From ALTITUDE down to sea level

Near all swimmers taking part in the ALTITUDE Project have completed their altitude training camps and left CAR Sierra Nevada (the Australian team will do so next Saturday) for their final tests at sea level. Then they will head back home to continue their preparation focused on 2012 London Olympics. In a few days the research team will start the following phase with data processing and analysis. For the record, more than 700 physiological and biomechanical tests have been performed, and more than 4,500 individual training sessions have been monitored along the study. Keep posted!!
