The article entitled “Bioelectrical impedance vector analysis (BIVA) for measuring the hydration status in young elite synchronized swimmers”, by Marta Carrasco-Marginet, Jorge Castizo-Olier, Lara Rodríguez-Zamora, Xavier Iglesias, Ferran A. Rodríguez, Diego Chaverri, Daniel Brotons and Alfredo Irurtia, has been published in PLoS One (IF: 2.806, Q1 Sport Science).
The study derives from data obtained in elite young synchronised swimmers during the SYNCHRO Project and was done jointly by members of our group, the Department of Health Sciences of the Mid Sweden University (Östersund, Sweden) and the Sport and Health Area of the Catalan Sport Council (Barcelona, Spain).
