The paper entitled “Perceived exertion, time of immersion, and physiological correlates in synchronized swimming”, authored by Lara Rodríguez Zamora, Xavier Iglesias, Anna Barrero, Diego Chaverri, Pau Erola & Ferran A. Rodríguez, has been published in IJSM (IF 2.43). This paper derives from the third study within the SYNCHRO Project. The paper examine the relationship between ratings of perceived exertion (RPE, CR-10), heart rate (HR), peak blood lactate (Lapeak), and immersion (IM) parameters in elite synchronized swimmers performing 30 solo and duet routines during competition. Seventeen synchronized swimmers, including swimmers from the Spanish national junior and senior teams—among them Olympic (n=7), and junior (n=10) World Championships medalists—volunteered for the study. Congratulations to all! Thank you to all coaches and swimmers for your kind cooperation!
L’article titulat “Perceived exertion, time of immersion, and physiological correlates in synchronized swimming”, dels autors Lara Rodríguez Zamora, Xavier Iglesias, Anna Barrero, Diego Chaverri, Pau Erola & Ferran A. Rodríguez, ha estat publicat a la revista IJSM (Factor d’Impacte 2.43). Enhorabona a tothom!
